Orete is a discovery and community tool — not a doctor, dietician, or coach. Read this before acting on anything you see in the app.
Medical disclaimer
Content on Orete is for general information only and isn't medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting a new training programme, changing your diet, or if you have any health condition or injury. If you feel unwell while training, stop and seek medical help.
Training & fitness disclaimer
Lifting is inherently risky. You use gyms, equipment and any techniques shown on Orete (including machine how-to clips, floor plans and reviews) entirely at your own risk. Warm up, use proper form, and don't attempt loads or exercises you're not prepared for. Orete isn't responsible for injury, loss or damage arising from your training.
Nutrition & food data disclaimer
Macros, calories, ingredients and prices are best-effort estimates supplied by users or third parties. They may be out of date, incorrect, or vary between locations. Always check the label, ask staff, and speak to a qualified dietician if you have allergies, dietary requirements or medical conditions. Orete makes no guarantees about nutritional accuracy.
AI disclaimer
Some features (including our upcoming AI coach) use large language models to generate suggestions. AI output can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date. Never treat it as medical, legal, financial or professional advice. Verify anything important with a qualified human before acting on it.
Third-party listings
Gyms, restaurants, trainers and events on Orete are independent third parties. We don't endorse them and can't guarantee their quality, availability, pricing or safety. Do your own due diligence before spending money.
